A leak of classified U.S. intelligence documents has exposed a secret military pact between Israel and several Arab states, reportedly established with Washington’s coordination. The leaked files reveal the existence of a “Joint Operations Room” and a “regional air defense system” designed to coordinate a potential military response against Iran and its allied forces across the region.

According to the report, the pact involved countries such as the United Arab Emirates, Bahrain, Morocco, Jordan, and Egypt. The revelations are particularly sensitive as this covert alliance was reportedly being solidified during the ongoing war in Gaza, drawing strong criticism from public opinion in the involved Arab nations.

The leak undermines the public positions of these Arab governments and exposes the depth of their military collaboration with Israel, which is overwhelmingly unpopular among their citizens. It also suggests a concerted U.S.-led effort to build a united front against Iran, even as the war in Gaza raged.
